Hello From Snowy PA!

Postby Halfwitt [OP] » Feb 14 2014, 1:43am

Hi all - just joined. Drove home with my new Sierra 1500 last night. I spent most of today with my snow blower instead of my new truck. I did get it out to give the four wheel drive a workout. Heading down to Richmond, VA tomorrow for the weekend. I do think we will love this truck!

Looking forward to the discussions on this board.

We got quite a bit of snow and ice down here in Richmond so you could have some 4x4 fun here as well. HOWEVER when you get here, watch out for all the divers in their sports cars/sedans with summer tires. I saw some stupid stuff down here yesterday that caused me to cut my snow ride short. Would suck to have some dummy slide into your new ride. We get 1/4" dusting and it is total chaos down here.

Our daughter is a senior at UR. She complains about VA drivers 12 months out of the year - especially in the snow! Have the roads semi clean for me by 3:00, would ya?

Not so much the roads but the drivers. I will go out and sprinkle some lousy driver repelent on the roads around noon. You should be good to go by 3pm. lol
