This looks like a pretty good forum with lots of information,so here I am. I grew up in Alaska and retired to Florida a few years ago! I've been driving since gas prices were 25 to 30 cents per gallon and have had several Chevy trucks. My first was a 1964. I bought it when I got out of the Navy in the early 70's. I just picked up a one owner 04 Silverado with 47k miles.

Welcome to the group. I used to pay 19.9 cents per gallon when I was in high school. Funny thing is everybody riding had to chip in to pay for gas. Those were the days!
