Postby forace2012 [OP] » May 11 2012, 9:38pm

Just checkin in. Bought a 2005 Sierra CCSB 4X4 5.3L with 127,000+ miles oon it. Great truck and hope to learn a lot from you guys. Beena GM man all my life except when I had a brain burp and drove a F**d. Learned real quick where I belong. Just changed all fluids in it so I know what I have and now ready to start making it mine. Bed cover, liner, exhaust is my starting point. Going with a Bak Flip fibermax top and not sure what exhaust. Take care and I'll be readin posts in here and see what I can do next.

Welcome to the site! Sounds like you got yourself a nice truck. We LOVE to see photos around here, so if you wouldn't mind posting some of your latest pride and joy, everyone here would greatly appreciate it.

I don't know too much about covers except that I don't personally need one, but I'm going to eventually get some Line-X for my bed. I have also recently installed a Flowmaster Super 44 muffler on my truck, and I'm very satisfied with the results. However, here's a link that should prove very useful to you in your exhaust selection: Exhaust Database
