Not sure if anyone out there has ever used EA Auto by Mitchell 1 before, but these guys have saved my carcass a couple times on my '96 'vette. You can get subscriptions to all kinds of vehicles. http://www.eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp

Hmmm....I just have a basic Hayne's manual which has served me well so far. Good to know this is out there. How does it compare with aftermarket manuals like Haynes and Chiltons and also to factory OEM set?

Do you need to learn ASE speak to under stand the info.
I have a set of FSM's for my Astro, need to sell them, but I think I spent 1/2 the repair time just trying to decipher the lingo.

I'll be done when I'm finished, if that's not fast enough, take a number!

Yeah...one think I found when I had a full set of OEM manuals for another vehicle I had. They referenced specific GM tools and scanners and whatnot that the average guy does not have.

Far better than a Haynes or Chiltons. Especially in the electrical schematics. Chilton's just aint what they were way back in the day. From my understanding, a lot of the info in these subscriptions come from the factory manuals.

Pretty easy to understand, you may need to know the acronyms for certain components on the vehicle. Here are some screenshots. If I show more I'm stepping into copyright infringement. This is a list of some of the System Wiring Diagrams.

I guess it depends on how far you need to go, this is definately a cheaper alterative to the factory manuals.
