send me an email man, with your info... and copies of any emails you had with them... I can give you a copy of a sales receipt you can provide to them showing you bought it brand new from me and are within warranty...

I only talked to them on the phone tonight. I have a copy of the sales receipt from PayPal. I'll chuck it in the box and maybe highlight the purchase date. With a big "Didn't you listen to me!" lol just kidding. :D

Hello, I have been reading about and watching videos on the Diablo i3 tuner. I am interested in purchasing one and trying it out. Is there anything else needed to be done other than just installing the Diablo tune? Any information about this would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Basically if you cant tell by this long thread....
Get a diablo tuner, buy it from Lew...and also, more importantly, just get Lew to custom tune it..... dont bother with the default/canned tune that diablo has.
