Hey all, I have a Diablo Sport Trinity 2 for my GM truck. I have been saving driving data for the past 2 days, but when go to download it to my computer it is unable to download and says "quary problem" or something along those lines. I have updated my tuner/tool and have recorded data again while driving multiple times but when I go to download it from my tool to my computer it gives me the error. I have downloaded the data viewer, update agent, and ds downloader to my computer and have not had any luck. Does anyone have any similar experiences with this? Is it my software or my tuner/tool?

How are you downloading it to your computer? I believe the proper way is to connect the device to your computer's usb port then locate the device in windows file explorer. Look for a folder called "LOGS" then right click and copy the data file. Go to your desktop and right click then paste the file there.

I'm pretty sure you don't want to copy and paste, but rather download to a file on your desktop. I recall Lew warning not to copy and paste, or drag the file(s.)

Good to know, thanks. I haven't done the Diablew tune yet but was reading about it today. Picked up a used i3 a few weeks ago.

OP, if you are trying to look at the log data in data viewer, did you do it exactly like the manual on page 35?

I did it the way it shows on pg 35 and it would start to download and then it would say that there was no vehicle info. Then I would reconnect tool and try it again and then it would give me the error again.

It kind of sounds like the log file may not saved correctly or something. I would try calling or emailing diablosport tech support. Keep us posted

you don't use the dataviewer with the Trinity T2 bud... that is used for downloading data logs from the old Trinity T1000... With the new Trinity T2, just connect it to your pc/laptop, go into the main T2 folder... go into the LOGS folder... and copy the data log file from there, and paste it to your pc/laptop harddrive... that's it... it's just copy and paste... you don't use the dataviewer to save the log from Trinity T2...

Once you have copied it to your pc/laptop harddrive, then you could use the dataviewer program to open the log file from your hardrive and view it if you want...
