I have a 2021 GMC 1500 elevation. I had some shuttering going on in the transmission at 118,000 miles so they replaced the transmission fluid did a complete flush solve the problem for about a week and a half. Now the problem I have is it feels like you’re driving over a wash board. The truck is very jumpy and vibrating even when I’m coming to a stop I noticed it. The dealership said there was nothing wrong with it. They took it for a ride and said they even got the transmission up to temp. what is the normal temperature not towing a trailer. When I left the dealership, it was 235° and they’re telling me there is nothing wrong with the truck even my wife who rides it can’t understand why it is vibrating. I just purchased it less than three weeks ago.

Sounds like the torque converter is shot. Is the dealership that sold it to you the one who said nothings wrong with it?
