2wd stock height and 4wd stock height...

2wd stock height and 4wd stock height...

Postby RyanTomScott [OP] » Apr 08 2014, 6:15pm

Are the 4wd models of the 1500 sitting higher than 2wd? By how much? I'm trying to decide if a 3 inch lift on a 2wd would look good. Going to try to get 265/75/16 next time I replace my tires.

If your talking about a 2001, I believe the 2wd does sit lower than 4x4. My girlfriends dads 02 2wd sat significantly lower than my 01 z71. Regardless, I personally like the looks of a lifted 2wd if its practical. I would say if you want to really do a 3 inch lift, do it.

**** I was on bigger wheels and tires vs his on stock though.

2001 ecsb 2wd ground clearance is 8.10
2001 ecsb 4wd ground clearance is 8.80

Not as much as I thought, but again I was on 275-20s vs his stock 16s. This info was on msn autos.
