My truck is reading misfire on cylinder 4 it's the 53 V8 does anybody have any idea what it could be

Is it a 2007 NBS without AFM or 2007.5 NNBS with AFM?

It's all stock it's never had any work on it

As @GBSierraSLE asked, which 07 do you have? #1 or #2? It makes a difference in guessing what your problem could be.
