I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 RST, just turned 31,000 miles. I bought new in September 2020 I had it in the shop in 2022 (21,000 miles) for the one - two shift. It feels like it falls on its face and then takes off dealer told me it was normal that there was a service bulletin on it Just this last August. It was also doing the same thing and the 3-4 shift. I took it in they replaced the valve body, new fluid and said it was corrected it but when I got it back, it still had the one-two shift problem. I don’t know if you want to call it a delay or heavy hesitation. Took it back in and they can’t find anything wrong with it. Any ideas? Is there a recall on the transmission? I believe it’s the eight speed that's in the truck. It’s still at the dealership. Any input would highly be appreciated.
