15 2500 6.0 A/C compressor slugging?

My truck has developed a A/C compressor "Slugging" condition after it sits overnight.It only does it on the first start up.Ill be making a appointment with the dealer in the next couple of days to get it checked.Im just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue? My guess is my thermal expansion valve is at fault.Ill try and grab a video in the morning.
