Should not be a problem I bought a parts truck that had 33 12.50 18s and only had a 3 inch body lift on it. Im have to run the 3 inch body and 3 inch suspension lift to clear 35 12.50 18s and had to do so trimming and bending on bottom of fenders. 33s will be the max you can go with only 3 inchs of lift.

You can clear 35s on stock wheels with keys. 33s should clear with just a crank on stock wheels. Im not sure about the offset you are running though

 

Yeah my buddy has a a extended cab 1500 same body style with 35s on stock rims. He has 3 inch body lift. It rubs pretty bad in the front and rear.

 

Very nice looking truck! Love the wheels. I have an 06 Sierra and i was thinking either the 4.5 inch or 3inch suspension lift from rough country. Are you satisfied with your 3inch?
