Can I use my Lug bolts from my 2013 Silverado for wheels that came off a 2014 Silverado? Both are 18in. wheels I think I can, but want to make sure.

Yes. Most all lug nuts are the same seat angle. Its the threads inside and the outside nut size that differs.
