So...I didn't want a full blown airbox changeout since there is absolutely nothing wrong with the factory CAI airbox. In addition, I already installed an AEM Dry Filter to replace the OEM paper filter. I was doing some searching and found that Airaid makes parts where you can create a kit to replace the air intake that connects the OEM airbox to the throttle body. It has a 30-day full return, so I thought...what the hell. They actually manufacture a vehicle specific intake tube for the 19-23 Silverados too! It cleans up the engine bay a TON and does add a bit of performance without the noise that the full replacement kits have which I didn't want. Here are my pics:

Yes Sir! It's nice to see you again my friend.
Thought so, I'm a couple of years removed from there along with removed from Florida. I'm missing Florida most of the year. Especially right now watching snow come down. I went from the 2019 Ram 1500 Limited 4X4 eTorque to the 2021 F150 Platinum 4X4 Powerboost. Now I'm waiting on my first ever GM pickup. The latest refresh got me looking and the GMC 1500 Sierra Denali Ultimate is the winner in the GM lineup for me. I've owned a number of GM cars but never cared for the truck interiors. I do now. I just hope I don't have to wait too long. I don't buy green bananas anymore..... ;)

The ONLY reason I bought both my 19 and 21 RAM Limiteds was because GM's interiors looked like $hit!!! I had zero issues with my RAM's, but I always thought GM has the best looking trucks on the road and was holding out until they got the interior redesign done and it met my expectations. I do miss the split tailgate in my 21 and wasn't interested in the Multi-Flex at all. I thought I'd let GM work out a few kinks in the 22 refresh, and then buy a 23 which I did. LOVING my ZR2! I just with this whole "after" thing wasn't a thing😔 I had two Sierra Denalis in the past. A 2002 with the Quadrasteer which was AMAZING and I wish they still offered it. I could U-Turn that truck like I was driving a Honda Civic...crazy! The other was a 2007. Both were beautiful trucks and totally trouble free. I wanted something sporty this time around and the Denali wasn't the answer so I didn't even look at one. After looking at the AT4 and AT4X, I just don't like the front end nearly as much as the aggressiveness of the ZR2. The AT4X and the ZR2 are the exact same truck minus massaging seats, more leather, some wood, and a suede headliner. Not worth an extra $6K IMPO unless you are more interested in luxury over sportiness. I never liked the looks of any of the F150's and never once considered buying one. I hope you enjoy your truck as much as I am enjoying mine. Already spent way more than I had planned on accessories, but I can't help myself. Heads turn everywhere I go in this truck and lots of thumbs-up. I'm never going back to where it's cold...North FL spoiled me after 6 years coming from the Northeast with snow, ice and negative wind-chills. Happy to meet an old friend on the GM forum...stay well and God Bless!

Ouch! 200.00 for a plastic tube, hose clamps and (2) rubber joint connectors. I'll keep the factory look thank you very much.
I thought the same thing (Let's Go Brandon!), but when you spend as much as most of us have on our trucks, what's another $200 :D I am liking it...a lot!

I'm in for the luxury at this point. The F150 was close interior-wise to the Limited. I liked the landscape screen better than the Ram but that was about it. I'm hoping for a good experience with this inbound GMC. It was showing 3400 last Monday. TPW was 1/9. Hoping it gets built and shipped soon.

I guess, I think all that's missing is the locking steering column. Once it gets to 3800 I'll be able to the window sticker to confirm. My Camaro showed up with everything functioning.

200.00 in this case = ZERO at the rear wheel. And oh yeah being a retired Coastguardsman I'm well aware what pleasure and commercial boats alike are all about. A "BIG BLACK HOLE" that syphons money off weekend warriors...with ZERO return as well.

Checked their website and didn't see any 200.00 kits. Most were 350.00 and up...
You won't find it on their website. You have to call them...they put the kit together for you and you pay for it over the phone.

It's not all about ZERO at the rear wheel...look at all of the crap we are all putting on our trucks that do nothing more than make us smile :)

The one gadget I did buy and it works. Money well spent for sure.

WeatherTech mats
AVS Stone Deflector
Dark tint glass
Flowmaster Force II Stainless Steel Cat-Back system
Peragon bed cover

So, yes I can say I've taken a small bite out of the apple.😜
