I just bought a new 2013 Silverado 2500HD. Can I put BF Goodrich all terrian P285/70-17 tires on it without any rubbing when I turn? I plan on cranking up the front torsion bars to make it level.

You should be able to run those, without rubbing issues, with the T-Bars cranked a bit.
