Searching through the discussions in the forum, I have found plenty of articles and threads regarding the hard brake lines. I am starting this thread to hopefully receive guidance in replacing the rear soft brake hose (picture included). It is bolted to the frame on one end and a connector to the axle on the other. I also have a loose hose which seems to come from transmission hanging from one side of the axle bracket.

No Chilton assistance either. That is my first 'go-to' when doing any new repair / replacement on any of my vehicles.

It should unbolt from the axle assembly and there should be a clip holding the other end to the frame. You may have to remove the hard line from the hose before removing the bolt at the axle and before trying to take the clip off the other end. I'd say the loose hose you see from the transmission is a vent hose.
