I don't like the fender flares either, something doesn't seam right about them to me. Personally I would go without the fender flares or spend the extra cash on a good pair like Bushwackers.

 

I'm wondering if the 99-06 flares are all the same? I have a 2000 and wonder if the flares on it will fit my 07 classic.
if you are talking about how they cover that fender dimple, I think that's normal

 

The rears I know are the same., but I'm fairly sure the front is different between 99-02 and 03-07
