So I have a 07 Duramax. I've replaced the AC compressor, dryer, high side pressure switch, condenser, and ac controls. I turn on ac and it blows cold. after a few minutes the ac snow flake shuts off. Then will com back on. If I'm driving it wont shut off. Also when im driving and get on my truck it will come out of max air.

I choose heavy duty for more engine rpm percentage and they do last longer because they have a larger heat dissipation...Helps prevent failures

I seriously believe your symptoms are that of a condenser not working properly or low on refrigerant...

Do you have an aftermarket tranny cooler up front blocking air flow? That could potentially require you to get a larger duty clutch fan to get more air flow at idle and low speeds.

It has a stock trans cooler. I have a allison transmission and a duramax

Well change it too then. Lol...Check the circuit with a meter. Or better yet see what the low side pressure is when it kicks out when manifold gauges are connected. It might be doing its job.....

Need to know what CURRENT (not what they were when rebuilt, but today) A/C pressures and temperatures are.
