Is the wiring in place to add this?

Do I have to replace the Rearview Mirror to one that can show the camera also?

I would want to stay with all GM parts...

most of the wiring isnt in place and the GM parts are just stupid $$. Can get an entire upgraded OEM look navi headunit for less than the camera and the mirror. You will have directions and 10x more functionality.

Also the aftermarket camera seems to produce a better picture quality then the stock gm one. http://camera-source.com good place to browse for cameras, sell oem if you truly want it.
