The keys might need to be relearned into the factory system. My old Jeep would do the same thing.

One thing to try.

Turn the ignition to the on position. This is the position where all the lights and icons are on in the dashboard but don't start the car.
Attempt to start the engine. If it doesn't start then release the key back to the on position.
Watch the security light. After 10 to 15 minutes the security light should turn off.
Turn the ignition off and wait 5 seconds.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles (30 minutes). The car is now ready to relearn the Passlock sensor data code (or password) the next time the ignition key is turned from off to crank.
The vehicle will learn the Passlock sensor code (or password) on the next turn of the ignition key from off to crank. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle. Start the engine. The car has now learned the Passlock sensor data code or (password). Using a scan tool clear any error codes. The history of error codes will clear itself after about 100 cycles of the ignition key.
