I dont understand why the people of California and other socialist states put us with this crap. You all just continue to let your elected officials take all of your rights away. If it wasn't for your awesome climate, your state would have less residents than New Mexico.

Yep, you definitely need to be off either coast....the further the better for individual rights anyway.

Seems to me they have to "prove" that you exceed the limit. Just like speeding, they can't simply say it looked like you were going 80mph. I would think you could successfully challenge it when you appear in court if the officer is simply going off his opinion.

And what constitutes "modified". Just putting on an exhaust tip would make it "modified".

Guys, get out of that commy hole. You will be lucky if they even let you drive a gas powered vehicle in ten years.
