Oh, we're shilling for coils here? Great..

Check out Vi-King shocks.. They were made by one of the guys who helped design the QA1 shocks, which are very nice, and not some new name to the market. They also have a dual adjustment, meaning you can adjust for compression and rebound, something a lot of shocks can't do. Then for springs, get a set of PAC Racing coils @750#..

All in, two shocks, two coils, and a few misc items go for about $650-$750...

If a complete set that would include 6112 Bilsteins and the 5160 Bilsteins (rear shocks) can be had for around a $1,100 I just don't see a better option with a lifetime warranty. This combo should compete with anything on the market costing $1,500 +
I can do my own instal and alignment so this would be allot of bang for the buck!
This thread started 5 years ago, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for them anytime soon....

Looks overpriced honestly. It's "adjustable" but not in the sense of the standard coilover game. To put it simply, looks like a slightly "beefier" 5100 series bilstein but this time has a different spring to go with it. Also not nearly as much adjustability as others in its class as far as the ability to lift the truck.

Looks like pro comp makes a better product at a lesser price. As well as even the fox 2.0 looking like a better buy. Or CST, or a bunch of other options.

That sure is disappointing....still using the ring on body for adjustment and also you have to re-use the top mount...so no quick change out ready to go. And for $700....good grief...i would expect half that. The springs on this site seem to look no different than OEM...not the longer, tighter wrap like what others get with the more high end ones.

You talking for one and not a set right?

The fox 2.0 comes in a pair. As do the halo. Most of the 2.5 or larger I see come as a single.

But really the 2.0 size would likely be the most comparable to these.

I wonder why they priced them so high. It looks basically like a 5100 with a new spring.

It a 2.65 diameter shock vs the FOX 2.0. Yes, it has preset height levels, but it will provide much more dampening offroad. It has 40% more dampening force than a FOX 2.0 front coilover. Basically its FOX/KING/ICON coilover size and internals, at half the price. If you want more height adjustability the threaded shocks will be able to provide that, but most people set the height once and leave it.

The Procomp adjustable lift shocks are 2.0 as well.

Wow those look awesome!!
Did you read any of the most recent posts here lol? Don't be the one dumby who reads this thread and still buys them.
Based on the Toyota versions that have been out for a couple years, these should outperform every other option listed in this thread in terms of ride quality and bump absorption. At $590 for the pair of shocks and springs, there arent many other shocks that will compete with this.

The Bilstein 6112 outperforms the Fox 2.0 in ride quality. While the FOX 2.0 is threaded (adds no real performance value), the Bilstein is a 2.65" diameter shock which is larger than any other coilover on the market except for the King 3.0. I sell all of these brands so Im not really shilling for Bilstein (Procomp has the largest margins really!) but having personally used these on my own truck, I was much happier with the 6112 than I am with my King non-adjustables in terms of the shocks valving, initial ride quality and bang for the buck performance.

Let me know if I can answer any questions.
