First, make sure what kind of fluid it is, as it could be either brake fluid from the MC, or power steering fluid from the hydroboost.

Second, there should be NO fluid at that junction, putting a gasket there would just mask the problem. Something has failed inside the MC or the hydroboost. From working on my truck, I couldn't find any sort of rebuild kit for the MC, so needed to buy a replacement for it, and while there are rebuild seal kits for the hydroboost, from reading the instructions, to do it right, you need to cut/replace parts that the kits don't include, and that aren't readily available (at least that I could find), so again, replaced it.
