I used the dorman SS kit. I had good results with it. I took off the bed but didn't lift the cab. The one piece to the right front was a bitch..... but do-able.
Look down about 5 threads and I have more detail on mine. I bought the hoses, calipers, pads, etc....separate from the SS lines.
