Not yet. I will do so.

Its a brand new engine. It replaces the long used 6.0. There is so little info on it out there on it.

Ok, I have some pictures to look at. I believe this is the line where you would put the catch can... This goes from the back of the engine (out of site) and plugs into the bottom of the throttle body.

I pulled the line to inspect it (from the throttle body) and it was bone dry.

I think this is it, but not for sure.

the other place it could go will be in my next post.

This line from the top of the valve covers goes to the top of the throttle body, not the air box like the 5.3. Not sure if this is were the catch can would go... Regardless, I removed and inspected and it is bone dry.

Ok all. Here is the final answer. The 6.6 will benefit from a catch can.

Truck has 9k miles.

Very long story short. Many trips to dealer. I had a bad injector on cylinder 4. The replaced it. Mechanic showed it to me. Already coking on the injector. I asked the mechanic is the intake had a lot of oil. He said absolutely yes. I said, "ah, so a catch can would benefit this engine...". Mechanic said, "Yes it will...".

Mine is going on shortly.
