have 99 Silverado LT with 100k. Check engine light comes on at start (sometimes), has a hesitation before going. Don't know much about maintenance in past, just purchased, what do y'all suggest I start with?

Code showed MAF sensor. Replaced. Now works with no hesitation. What would you work on next?

I'd probably just go through and do a good major maitenance per the owners manual. That way you know what has and has not been done.
