Was at my dealer today, they have a 14 Silverado in the showroom with a White pinstripe between the top of the bedrail and the Z71 decal,,,, at the end of the pinstripe they have these small bubble looking Chevy stickers, no bigger than a dime,,,,, can't find these anywhere and even asked the service counter, they don't have them,,,, where can I find these?

The pin striping was most likely applied at the dealer so ask what dealer employee did it and then ask them where they got them.
Otherwise look in your local auto parts stores or online for vendors who sell pin striping and other supplies. That's where you will likely find them.
