Chirping and damage on the serpentine belt

Hello. I have a 2010 Chevy Silverado with the 5.3 L engine. The truck has 44,000 miles on it. About one month ago, I started to hear squeaking coming from either the serpentine belt or the pulleys. I didn't have time to repair it myself, so I brought my truck to a mechanic. He replaced both the idler pulley and the belt tensioner pulley. He also replaced the AC belt and the serpentine belt. The noise went away temporarily. For the last week or so, I have been hearing a chirping noise when starting a cold start. Feature goes away after the engine runs for approximately 10 minutes. I was looking at both the AC belt and the serpentine belt and I noticed that both have worn edges on them. They definitely didn't look like that a month ago when they were replaced. Could the problem be coming from the harmonic balancer since both belts wrap around the harmonic balancer?

I ran the engine this morning with the hood up and the chirp was coming from near the harmonic balancer. I took the belt off and checked the pulleys. They all spun okay and none had a lot of play. I tried using a ruler to check for misalignment, but they all looked relatively close. The only component that seemed to not spin completely true was the harmonic balancer. My neighbor looked at it and he said it didn't look too bad to him though (he works on his cars like me). I'm not sure if I should replace the balancer or swap out the S belt for a Continental Pro V. The Dayco belt is only 1-1.5 months old.
