So as many of you have done/want to do, I did the reverse swap on my 01 Silverado for the center console/jump seat swap. I went from a console to the jump seat a while ago, and just noticed that under the dash in the middle there is a vent where if I turn the vents on defrost, it just pushes air out of it by the feet. Is there a piece that connects to that to stop the air from coming out and direct it through the vents? I tried duct tape and that didn't seem to work. It seems as if its the piece that connects to the back part where the rear vents were. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
