Me personally, I'd check the alignment. But as long as it's a quality kit that is made true and all, it should affect it.

I prefer the drops that are an actual bracket and not the little spacers. To me the brackets seem much stronger since the spacers add a lot more leverage but not any extra strength. At least the bracket helps that a little bit.

Can't say I've ever seen the brackets sold by themselves. I've only seen them as part of the higher quality lifts. Usually 4-6 inch kits.
