Hey guys!
I have a 05 White Silverado 1500 Z71 EXT cab. I want to put an exhaust on my truck i was looking and i can see i have a snapped stud on the pass side - i have not even touched it yet! Is it worth having it done professionally and doing headers back? or should i have just the muffler or cat back done is it really necessary to have the manifolds done. I want her Loud whats your guys opinion on what i should get, if you could include you opinions on what pipes you guys like would be awesome as well. Thanks in advance

I would get that stud fixed, that's just me though I don't like stuff being broken on my truck. You have a ton of options. Headers are best utilized with a tune so keep that expense in mind. A lot of people are perfectly content with a good Flowmaster or Magnaflow muffler.
Check out the thread here with the exhaust sample and spend some time on youtube.
Good luck and let us know what you decide.
