So i would like to get a louder exhaust for my truck even though its the 4.3L. After searching on you tube for you knows how long i decided the super 40 was what i want, good sound and apparently not to much cabin drone. i called flowmaster to get their opinion and they said i should get the 50 series delta flow. I drive a lot and not uncommon to be in my truck for over 2 hours so i want something with little cabin drone but still have a good aggressive sound outside the truck. I want a flowmaster as i think they sound better with the v6, and yes i know it will never sound as good as a v8 but that shouldn't hold me back from wanting my truck louder. so out of those two which one would be better? thanks in advance, and sorry for asking yet another muffler question.

I'll tell you what. I have the same motor and at idle everyone thinks its a v8. Even when I step on it. I have a heartthrob side exit. I even kept the cat.
Yeah. They are made in the USA and very reasonably priced. If you want very little drone don't go with a side exit. Go with either stock exit or rear exit locations.
