I need a fuse adaptor, but not sure what size fuse (physical size not amps). The choices are mini and medium.

It's just a regular 15 amp fuse for 2007 chevy pickup but not sure if it's the mini or medium.

Help?

Mini is much more common than medium but it would help to get more info on what you are trying to do.

Power source for after market radio using 15 amp spare.

I was fairly sure it's a mini, but when I saw the medium as a choice, I was at a loss. I'm ordering online, so I can't tell by photos.

Go mini. I'm almost positive medium ended mid-late 90s in GM vehicles.

Do a search for a mini and medium auto fuse to see pictures of the two types.

Just measure the fuse. Here are the sizes on this link.

They are metric so multiply by 25.4 if using standard.
