i have a 2004 silverado and i have replaced the electronic dual control and the actuater and i cant get it to blend the windshield and floor at the same time ?

yes on both the control and the actuator !still nolend !

i have did the manual reset and i took it to the shop and they did a scanner reset and still nothing ! and i used ac delco parts !

yes every position work except splitting between floor and windshield ! i just cant figure it out thanks ! every thing is new !

i have been under the dash and had my gal move the controls and they stop where they are suppose to is there a way time set it differently any help would be nice thanks everyone ! jim

when on split mode it only blows on the floor but i can use the controls and it will blow in every position except floor windshield when on blend it will only blow on the floor!
