I just picked up my truck (2017 Silverado 1500) from the auto body shop last week, due to a rear-end accident. The next day, I tried to roll down the front passenger window. The window would not go down, but there was still a clicking noise when I hit the button from both the driver-side controls and the passenger-side controls. I have heard different options on what it could be, but before I ordered any parts, I wanted to check in and see if someone could give me a more solid answer before I start taking apart my front passenger door. I appreciate any and all help.

Broken gear or the motor got knocked out of place? Take the door apart for a looksee or let the body shop handle it and submit a supplement.
