Lol. I was quoted by a driveline place 8 hours for my rear and 10 for the front on 2017 HD. I almost fell over laughing... like really lol. My rear is a 10.5" 14 bolt which is honestly the easiest rear end on the earth to setup thst isnt a dropout style. Plus my new gear and bearings are already mounted to my carrier... So like 2 hours max lol... not 8. And that was at like $120 an hour to boot. Needless to say a buddy of mine and I are going to do it when we have time. We have both setup diffs before however lol.
