Larger rims

I am sure that this is probably covered somewhere, but sadly i have been unable to find it, so my apologies for the repeat and what is probably a elementary question.

I bought a 2002 Sierra a year ago and it came with 265/75/R16 which is a notch above OEM of 255/70/R16

I would like to go a little bigger on the tires if possible without running into problems or making any modifications. I found a set of 265/70R17 off a 2013 Silverado on Craigslist.

My question, can I put a 17 inch rim on my truck that came with 16 inch rims? Will it cause any problems?

Only problem will be , you won't be able to take your eyes off them. :shock:
