Anyone have all the torque specs for the top end of the LC9 5.3?

I'm replacing my lifters this weekend and need all torque specs for heads, exhaust manifolds, intake, and anything else I may have to take off. I've searched and can't find anything.

You can get a service manual at any auto parts store for your truck. Which will be more helpful. Since there is a certain torque sequence you must follow.
