I'm new to the forum guys so forgive me if my searches yielded no results.
I've got 2000 Silverado, 5.3, 2WD, E-Cab. And both the dome light & driver's
side underdash footwell light will not go "off" !! Short of disconnecting the
battery or removing the bulbs I can't figure out why they're not turning off.
I'm assuming that they are on the same circuit. What's the deal here guys?
Mentorship obviously needed and would be greatly appreciated!
TIA, Kaiser

if the wheel mentioned above isnt turned all the way up id try the dome over ride button and see if it turns them off. if not id say there was a fault in that circuit and for some reason the fuse didnt blow (probably oversized) and u probably have some melted wires somewhere.

Maybe the door switch on the driver's side is broken? I'm talking about the thing that tells the lights when the doors are open. I don't know where it actually is on the NBS trucks.

^I'm also thinking door switch.

Maybe these will help. One is for base trim and the other is for uplevel trim.
