If I replace the manual climate control in my 05 LS crew cab with an automatic one, will it work? I'm thinking yes since I've read about so many other parts being so interchangeable on these trucks like the standard to tow mirrors with the heat and signals working and all.

climate control is a whole different ball game, a ball game you dont want to play.

The manual system depends on you adjusting the controls. The automatic system is an entirely different thing. The manual system has very little of the system the to control the temperature and distribution automatically.
