Here's a link to my video on my new exhaust and how it sounds cold/warm. It's LOUD almost like open headers when you get on it. I had the shop weld on a flange to my exhaust, turn down, and old exhaust so I can take it off and put on whichever one I want easily without paying to re-weld.

I'd go stage 1 cam if you want to keep the stock converter, might could get away with a stage 2 cam. If you call, he could tell you for sure.
