First off, i have a 2015 silverado and have been running fan cooled led lights (high and low) for over a year now. A few weeks ago i noticed the drivers side low beam was getting dim so i ordered another. I replaced the light and it did not power on. All of the fuses are good, the light works on the passenger side harness but i have no power coming to the low beam on the drivers side, has anyone had or heard about this issue?

On my 2013, there is a separate fuse for the passenger and drivers side Head lamps. Make sure they are both good.
On my truck they are fuse #'s in the under hood fuse block:
11 Driver Side Low-Beam Headlamp
16 Passenger Side Low-Beam Headlamp
However, I am guessing yours (2015) may be different.
