Not possible to have one either... i need a cheap fix.. any ideas? Snow is Almost here and I need to be able to keep my sandbags from falling out of the truck when I'm driving.. and advice/ideas are appreciated.

I'll add, I get pea gravel, theres always a flower bed or driveway to put it in at the end of the season when the bags start to fail. At least in the city the pea gravel is easier to get rid of w/o being an ass and pouring sand on someones lawn.
