just got towed in.connecting rod on skidplate.82000 mils 2017 2500.chevy just replaced the oil pump around 57000 miles.will call chevy tomorrow to see if its still under warranty.

all i got now.

cruse set at 75. heard a pop and every light on the dash lit up. oil pressure hit zero, truck shut off. no nothing!!james bond smokescreen behind me.tow truck driver found the rod on the skid plate.

Wow. That low of a mileage and no assist on the repair cost from GM Corporate? I'd at least ask to speak with the district manager for a moment.

The worst they can say is no but I think they at least owe you some goodwill on the cost.
