On the driver's side, between the two middle cylinders, there is oil pooling. I have seen no blue smoke and have no loss of power or valve tapping. Any suggestions on what the problem could be, where the oil may be coming from, or what my next move should be?

Your truck is pretty old. I would almost imagine it is a gasket of some sort that is deteriorated. Can you take a picture of the area and post it up here?
