Has anyone ever tried to trouble shoot or optimize their on star hot spot? I never rally used it before in my 2018 silverado but I have signed up for an have been using it lately. I connected with my phone and ran a speed test and it is soooooo slow, I was getting between 1-3 mbps on speedtest app. I haven't tried calling on star yet, I did search around and couldn't find anything, just curious if anyone else has had any issues with the hot spot?

Yep I used it before a few times when it was free for a month and also bought a month when we were on vacation. Used it in our 15 Impala and 15 Sierra. It was so damn slow it was ridiculous.

It's probably 3G technology, which has been discontinued by most carriers. It probably has to convert somehow to run on 4G networks.
