had two codes one for o2 sensor and one for knock sensor came in at the same time... read somwhere the o2 could cause the knock code.. so replaced the o2 sensor and cleared dtc. light came on again this morning... just the p0327 code... will this cause my mpg to be bad or is there any way to bypass the sensor? there is no knock in the engine but with 128k truck prob has the water in the sensor issue.. any ideas?

I do not think it will affect you mileage much, but it is there to help keep timing. From what I hear you can tear up and engine quick without it. Did you clean you engine bay not to long ago?
