well i have learned owning a full size truck means the windows wont go up or down fast or with a quick easy motion but what i am getting at is that when its summer or fall or spring the windows go up and down pretty good i guess but when the weather gets colder like around winter time the windows work really slow and sometimes even stop for a few seconds so i am just wondering if there is anything i can do to fix this problem

Seriously though, after almost 7+ years the motors can slow down and guide rollers can wear out (depends on how often they are used). I have had success using silicone spray lube in the window channels of older rigs with slow working windows. It lasts for ~1-2 months, then they slow down again, but short of replacing the motors/guide rollers not much can be done.
