I have a 2011 silverado lt z71 4X4 with a 5.3. The only thing I have done so far is used a k&n air filter. I would like to get more performance without all the noise and I have heard a cat back dual system would do the trick. Anybody know where to look? Thanks John

Mbrp is pretty quiet. But you won't gain much performance from any catback if that's all you want.

You'd get more performance change from a tuner for sure. Lots of people here go with the Diable tuners. Some with custom Lew tune. Short of actual engine work that is the biggest performance mod that can be made to these trucks. As stated above. A cat back exhaust system will really not make much of a difference in performance. A cat back system is really designed to make a different sound as it's primary function.
