(Lets start this out with the obvious... its -7 degrees Farenheit here in Fargo, so that could contribute.)

So when my 2001 Silverado is idling in Drive, at a stoplight lets say, it will idle kind of rough. It will idle at normal rpm, then dies for about a half a second, and then jumps back up again. It does this about every 5 seconds, and at times it completely dies and I have to put it into neutral to start again. I let my truck warm up for at least 10-15 min every morning when its this cold, but it does this even after ive driven for 20 miles. Any ideas?
